Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use Trinet for our payroll services including contributions 401k. The platform is user friendly, and the team are supportive. We are regularly kept up to date with key information and statutory requirements.

  • Outstanding cases need to be addressed and closed - from a company stand point, we check the status and still have some outstanding cases.
Staff are always super friendly and supportive. If questions we have are not answered then the team create a case and come back to us with an update
Platform user friendly. We use multiple system and found that Trinet is simple and transparent

User friendly, clear deadlines
Payroll services and understanding of regulations - being part of a global business we have limited understanding of compliance. Trinet offers this service. Even with the different time zones we still have access to chat lines to help answer our queries
