Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

Reviewed HCM and payroll systems to decide what to consider, reviewed Ceridian Dayforce HCM during the buying process, and reviewed other customer's comments on TrustRadius after selecting Ceridian Dayforce.
  • To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
  • To compare products
  • To validate vendor claims
  • To confirm my decision
I always use TrustRadius when considering a purchase. I start by researching and shortlisting, study reviews to find what other customers of the vendor have experienced so I can focus my questions. I have also used TrustRadius during implementation as I prepare to move to production.
I look at the role of the review writer, the size and industry of their company, their experience, and the positive and negative aspects of the software that they share. I want to find reviewers with experience and responsibility similar to mine and who have had an implementation that has had similar scope as I expect to have.
Reviews and feedback from people who have used the software is a key part of my decision process. I look for reviews that are balanced but frank and open. The TrustRadius reviews allow me to identify products that I do not want to waste time with in the review process.
  • The amount of software products included is larger than other companies I have used.
  • By listing the reviewer's LinkedIn profile I am able to see their experience and determine the relevance of their review.
  • The detailed description of the software categories with overviews and TrustMap lets me easily narrow my search.
  • I would like more information when a product is made up of multiple components or modules, for example, an HCM. I may not be interested in the entire HCM and would like to see more details about the individual modules in the HCM.
I consult industry reviews, analyst reviews from firms like Deloitte or Gartner, and hold meetings with existing customers of the vendor. The TrustRadius reviews help inform me on areas to probe for additional information.
TrustRadius is more comprehensive than some other competitors.
I like the TrustRadius score and have used it to compare vendors in the past. I would like this to be extended beyond the product and to also get feedback from users on their implementation, post production, and customer support experiences. These are also important to me as I compare vendors.
I have used it frequently in my buying decisions and use it in my presentations to compare vendors.
