TrustRadius is built for the B2B buyer
Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I've researched ABM products, email deliverability tools, and Marketo partners on TrustRadius. I heavily use it for comparing vendors because its categorization is more accurate than other websites.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
- To find evidence to support my recommendation to colleagues or my client
Pros
- The categories accurately group competing vendors so I can compare features and reliability.
- It helps me identify new tools that I should be researching and demoing when building a marketing technology stack.
- Reviews of products are detailed to identify and strengths and weakness of similar companies.
Cons
- TrustRadius doesn't rank well in search. It is often hidden below G2Crowd and Capterra, platforms that don't have as accurate comparisons.
- I want to be able to click into pros and cons to see vendors that fall into those categories.
- When tools are being compared, I don't always want the reviews compared, I just want the features compared.
Reddit, Quora, G2Crowd, Siftery.
Reddit and Quora have more opinion-focused content, but you can get honest reviews.
G2Crowd tends to be too broad. Siftery is the biggest competitor because their comparison tools are very accurate.

It's designed for the B2B buyer and has the most accurate comparison reviews. I needed to compare feature sets to narrow a software search and TrustRadius did that well.
