Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I used TrustRadius for vetting out various CRM systems. I was looking for reviews, feedback and comparison to other like technologies. My role in the buying process is to select the system to implement.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
I searched the top 3 systems we were considering and used TrustRadius to further support the research I had done on my own.
In reviews for technology, I look for ease of implementation, user interface/ ease of use, and cost to ROI ratios. I like to review Pros and Cons and alternatives I should consider. I value input from other users who have implemented the software in their businesses and can speak to the challenges and successes they have had with it.

- Easy to find and compare alternatives
- Scorecard with relevant topics evaluated
- I'd like to see the reviewers that are vetted be held to more strict standards. It appears that just about anyone with a business email can write a review. More professional reviews with people who vet software for a living would be helpful.
I used G2 Crowd and we also met with Gartner. The reviews of the 2 CRM systems we are considering were comparable. The ease of use with TrustRadius really helped complement other sources.
I preferred G2Crowd simply because of the user interface but used TrustRadius to support what I found. The scorecard and Pros and Cons were what stood out about the TrustRadius site. It contained full, detailed information and helped fill any gaps from previous research.
