We evaluated multiple solutions. One solution was using open source tools, using a combination of Rundeck and Ansible. Other solutions were Amazon proprietary Cloudformation and Elastic Beanstalk.
We needed to orchestrate our services running on AWS EC2 instances. As our service catered to more users, we had to scale up, and it was becoming tedious to make changes and apply them on every individual EC2 instance. So we evaluated solutions where we made changes once and applied them on all the EC2 instances with a single click of a button. Solutions were evaluated by a team of four people, and it took around three weeks to decide on them.

These reports help in deciding the top reliable solution provider. However, to refine more, we need reviews of different actors that are going to use the product which is missing in them.
How easily it can be set up. Documentation is available online to resolve any issue. How easily people who will use it can become comfortable with it and for how long the solution can be effectively used.
