TrustRadius helps to provide a regular influx of new reviews and testimonials that we can use for various content marketing and sales initiatives. We use TrustQuotes alongside our own content, on our website, and within our sales collateral to provide real and honest social proofing from our customers.
  • Continuous support in gathering new reviews.
  • Easy to process and organize interviews based on variables such as industry, company size, location, and use case.
  • Easy deployment of review widgets across various online marketing platforms.
  • The ability to connect directly with reviewers who have expressed interest in being a reference. This has created a continuous pipeline for new case study prospects.
  • The use of both XX / 10 rating and star ratings may cause some confusion among readers.
  • More customization of the widgets would be helpful. There is a custom CSS field, but more built-in options would provide more flexibility when deploying TrustQuotes on the web.

Overall, the content has been quite good and useful. The biggest strength we've seen is through a combination of insights into how customers use and talk about our product (which helps us craft our messaging and content offerings), and by the introduction of different use cases for our product that we weren't even aware of.
