Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to solicit reviews of our company's software products. We use the reviews as a key part of our sales strategy, in marketing materials, for product improvement ideas, and customer reference and advocacy programs. The program is run by our corporate communications team with help from customer marketing and demand generation marketing teams.
  • Helpful account managers who are like an extension of our internal team
  • Opportunities to share product feedback and influence future portal improvements
  • Clean, easy UI
  • Reporting capabilities (though they are releasing improvements)
  • Pricing - very expensive
  • Integrations
  • "Leads" for future, expanded case studies
  • Identify potential candidates for customer reference program
We partner with several other similar vendors, including G2 Crowd. G2 Crowd has better market share, but TrustRadius is trustworthy and goes above and beyond to help you get the most of your investment. We'll continue to partner with TrustRadius for years to come!
I had the opportunity to help launch a brand new program. We've since hired an FTE who is almost exclusively devoted to review programs - because it's so important!
We've used custom questions to tailor content collected. One of my favorite use cases was a review "refresh" campaign in which we solicited feedback about how our software helped our customer adapt to recent market changes.
Every B2B software vendor should consider partnering with TrustRadius! While other review vendors may claim to have higher market share, the included content features and friendly account management team make it a worthwhile investment.
