Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We currently leverage TrustRadius for Vendors to differentiate ourselves from our competition. TrustRadius for Vendors allows our customers to honestly and openly provide feedback and reviews of our offerings. Once reviews are published, we leverage the Trustquotes widget to amplify the voice of the customer internally via our account teams and marketing teams.
Having TrustRadius' support allows us to pull strategic levers at any time and focus on other activities.

We are just getting started on the journey. At first glance, it looks really useful to see when current clients or prospects are looking at potential competitors.
I love that reviews can be turned into Trustquotes, which we can arm our sellers with via the nifty chrome extension tool. We have just developed a strategy to arm our entire salesforce with the Trustquotes chrome extension!
Our CSM, Meghan, is awesome. She takes the time to align TrustRadius' offerings perfectly with what we need. One clear example is the enablement of Trustquotes. I wasn't aware of it, and Meghan showed us a demo and enabled us with the material we used to develop a sales enablement job aid.

It is well suited to allowing our clients to provide reviews at specific moments that matter or whenever they choose to. Reviews are easy to provide, and I can tell clients enjoy providing them. The ease of asking to review is what makes TrustRadius for Vendors stand out. I also feel like the badges earned mean more since there aren't so many of them!
