Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to source more reviews for our platform and convince buyers that our technology will deliver its promise. We also use TrustRadius to understand customer feedback and dig into areas where we can improve as a business- the feedback we get is really valuable!
  • I love the support, Riley is super fast to come to me with responses

  • Sometimes I think there could be more ways to filter the reviews quotes so that it isn’t just industry or a few things but there are more
I think that TrustRadius's reviews are more detailed for sure.
Riley is always the first to respond when I email all the review CSMs for the review platforms we use, including G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Capeterra, and that doesn't go unnoticed. He is also very positive and doesn’t feel like he’s trying to sell me anything. He listens and makes good suggestions about how TrustRadius can help.
We choose to go with TrustRadius because you guys do all the campaigns for us, unlike Gartner Peer Insights, who make you do it yourself. Additionally, Gartner's interface is not that slick or obvious. I feel that TrustRadius and G2 are basically the same, but TrustRadius's support is much better.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for a B2B SAAS company, where either you’re in a highly competitive market or you’re brand is not very well known, and it’s something completely new that you’re offering. Reviews can give you both the edge when buyers are doing their research over the competition, and you can even use the reviews in presentations to create uncertainty and doubt about the competition.
