Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

Our Marketing team uses TrustRadius for Vendors to showcase unbiased customer reviews, capture product demand, and leverage intent data around our category and competitors. The TrustRadius team has been very hands-on and supportive as we've worked to make the most of our investment. I'm very excited by some of the latest feature releases, including the option to have a demo form on our profile page. This is important to help us attribute pipeline and revenue back to our TrustRadius investment.

  • We have not been able to get value from our intent data subscription. We need to better-activate our Sales team, but we also need support to make this more plug-and-play. Additionally, we can integrate G2 into ZoomInfo — can we do this with TrustRadius?
  • Positive: We've generated more customer reviews and isolated fresh quotes that we can use in marketing materials.
We have TrustRadius intent data synced into our Salesforce, but we have not been able to activate this for sales outreach or digital advertising.
I appreciate that TrustRadius wants to hear the whole truth about a product and penalizes companies for only sending happy customers to write reviews. We've had to adjust our approach internally to ensure we sent enough variety and impartial customers, but we've been pleased to see our overall score improve. As a result, we are earning us more placements in awards, too.
The TrustRadius team has been very active in meeting with us and answering questions that have come up. They have guided us regarding recommendations on priorities, things to take advantage of within the platform, etc. We continue to need more support on leveraging TrustRadius intent data for sales outreach.
We use all of these tools in tandem currently. We have had a lot of success with Capterra's PPC offering so far this year, and we also were able to run completely subsidized incentivized review campaigns where they funded the gift card rewards. G2 appears to have a larger market share overall, and we can attribute demo requests to our G2 profile form and UTMs on our profile there.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a good option for our customers to leave unbiased reviews of their experience. It's a solid solution for brand and reputation management among in-market buyers. We have not yet been able to use TrustRadius as a verifiable lead generation source, but we're hopeful to see this improve soon.
