Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

DemandScience is utilizing TrustRadius for Vendors to build brand awareness and increase our pipeline in the demand generation space. We have seen an increase in client interaction with DemandScience and are continually refining our internal processes for maximum value from the platform. We are excited for the newly rolled out Lead Form and the continual refinement of their offerings.

Being as we are still fairly new to the TrustRadius intent data I do not yet have KPIs to share, but I hope to later this year.
TrustRadius for Vendors reviews are more comprehensive and offer greater insight that I am able to share with other teams, such as product development, customer support, and sales.
The support of the TrustRadius team is exceptional, and the team is always willing to bring ideas forward within the organization and/or get the person or team within TrustRadius involved to support our needs and requests.
All platforms have their strengths and weaknesses, but TrustRadius for Vendors is pushing the envelope with their white glove service and willingness to bring issues and concerns to the relevant team or team members in support of growing their position as a review site and trusted partner. I see it from the top of their organization, and I believe it to be inherent to their culture.

I have found the TrustRadius team to be beyond helpful in addressing my questions and working with myself and my team to get maximum benefit from their platform. Our CSM, Joe and AM, Wes are a joy to work with, and are more of an extension to the DemandScience team than a vendor.
