Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work for a small school accounting department. I use tsheets to manage and access both salaried and hourly employees payroll. I am mainly in charge or assessing their timecards at the end of the pay period, approving, and then processing a portion of payroll for those I oversee.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use interface.
Lots of company customization settings for overtime, PTO, and methods of time tracking.
Fantastic support.

The option to import user addresses in from QuickBooks along with the name would be nice.
The ability to customize/build my own reports within tsheets.

Return on Investment

Tsheets ends up saving me a ton of time at the end of the month when running payroll because I can quickly accept or deny all time entered by my employees.

I really think that for anybody who manages employees who need to simply track time, add in some notes, link that time to different tasks or job codes, tsheets is fantastic. The best part is that they are always improving the software. They take suggestions frequently and are committed to improving it for all users. Their support is also top notch!
