Overall Satisfaction with Uberflip
We started using Uberflip over the summer and launched it to the public in October of 2014. We decided to use Uberflip because we had been wanting a central hub for our content for a while, and unfortunately our UX team was quite strapped on time to build something themselves. Uberflip pretty much checked all of the boxes on what we wanted in our hub. It pulls in content from multiple different areas and even integrates with Marketo. We're currently just using Uberflip for Marketing efforts, but the idea has been tossed around for using it as an internal sales content portal.
- Design. Uberflip's design is sleek and attractive. It makes it easy to make the hub look great, plus we are able to add custom CSS to the hub to make sure it's on brand and matches our corporate website.
- Integrations. Uberflip integrates with pretty much everything that we use for content. It pulls the RSS feed of our blog into the hub, pulls videos from Wistia and YouTube, and integrates with Marketo so we can track leads (it does a whole lot more, but were the big sellers for us)
- Customer support. The team at Uberflip is great. They're very quick to react to problems that I'm having and fixes go out quite quickly. It's evident that they want you to have a great user experience.
- There are some kinks with how the tiles pull in imagery so even if I have it in the right dimensions, it might cut it off. It's annoying, but easily worked around.
- The knowledge base has room for improvement. It really needs to be beefed up quite a bit. Luckily I have a great support rep who gives me the answers to most of my questions, because otherwise I don't think I'd be able to find anything.
- More leads. Compared to our last content hub, our leads per month have gone up quite a bit.
- We get more shares on social since it's easier to share landing pages and items on Uberflip.
