Utilized across the whole organization. We have created so many business efficiencies on Time Management, Payroll, Reporting, Payment Services, Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding, Compensation Management, Employee Admin, etc.

We are still so new with UltiPro now UKG as we've only been live for 1.25 years so really hard to say what needs improvement yet.
Maybe one item: Performance Management to be integrated directly with Goals.

Cost/Time Savings--so many efficiencies!!
Manage all HR Activities within one platform--PPACA, EEO, W2 Reporting, Payroll, Time Management, Employee Administration, etc.

People HR, Sage People and ADP Vantage HCM

We were impressed with the UKG demonstrations and information provided during the initial sales pitch and all of the research we did on each of the HRIS Vendors we were looking at.

Performance

We've been so impressed with the UKG Staff from the initial conversion to the present teams of our LAM, the Rapid Response Team and BI Team.

Support Rating

99% of the time all questions/issues are resolved on the spot either with RR or with BI Chat.

Most recently with our setup of an off cycle payroll and the setting up of an additional PTO Plan.

Likelihood to Recommend

We came from a program called ABRA and it was very archaic so everything we have from reporting, payment services to processing benefits and payroll is awesome and has made us so much more efficient and a huge time saver!!

Just "UKG" -- the name says it all for us!!
