Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UKG Pro organization-wide as our HRIS and Payroll system. We use the system for benefits, performance management, payroll, time off and onboarding.
  • Onboarding - glad to be able to use an integrated system for this process.
  • Performance Management - Integrated goal setting is helpful.
  • BI - Reporting is more robust than other systems I have used.
  • Logic of how the software is set up and where things are located is sometimes difficult.
  • Benefits Carrier Connections - extremely expensive and long wait times to set up.
  • Time keeping not robust enough for a company needing details for project cost allocation.
  • Increased Manager Self-Service Engagement.
  • Increased ability to manage more HR activities on one platform.
UKG has more integrated features that are user friendly, however in recent updates, ADP is a close competitor. Hopefully the merger with Kronos will continue to improve UltiPro.
Good for the most part, but periodic system outages or partial outages occur each month.
Support is good unless things need to be escalated, then there is typically a wait. I find less waiting if a case is opened over the phone versus opened through the Customer Success portal.
I was provided with exceptional support when a carrier connection issue was causing errors. The tech was able to help me with a complex issue during my call and we got things resoled on the spot.
Well suited for mid-size businesses looking for an all around system.
