Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Take as many classes as you can.
We use UltiPro for HR and payroll. It helps us keep all employee records in one location.
  • Keeps all of our HR records in one place
  • Recruiting and onboarding are awesome.
  • Payroll
  • Recruting needs a lot of improvement. It's very dated, but I know you have a new version coming out.
  • I would like the abilty to upload documents into an employees file and keep it there as their employee folder.
  • Implemented in-house
Recruting needs to be vamped up.

Using UltiPro

Human Resources and Payroll.
5 - HR and Payroll. We have researched, reviewed and taken a lot of traning.

It has its flaws, but overall it's a great product.

I've never used another HRIS so, I like Ultipro.

Yes - It was a lot of work, but helped me learn more about the product.
