Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro to process payroll.
  • Very clean look
  • Customer Service is excellent
  • Provides many different opprotunities to further your knowledge
  • Haven't used UltiPro long enough to definitely say...I've had a very positive experience thus far.
We have a small business government contracting company and it works very well for our needs. Whether you are a big company or a small company, I could see the benefits of using UltiPro. It's probably better for smaller companies due to the excellent customer support and desire to teach its users.

Evaluating UltiPro and Competitors

It is more user friendly. I was a very big fan of ADP, it was the first process that I learned. However, UltiPro is much easier to use (which is saying a lot) and just has a cleaner and more profesional look in my opinion. Customer service is truly outstanding as well.
