Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We are using back office for payroll and web for some HR functions (onboarding, etc). I have limited information about HR's processes, as my experience is exclusively in payroll. I do have limited experience with a small part of the onboarding process, as well as reviews, and colleague initiated changes. HR and payroll are the only departments using UltiPro that I know of.
  • Collegue initiated changes (W4, Etc)
  • Reviews
  • Back office has a lot of lag while payroll is open.
I do not know enough about the HR side to make a recommendation.
