Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

It is used company wide. It has helped in getting the new hires into the system much faster than in the past.
  • It is very user friendly
  • Makes being compliant much easier
  • Need better history on the secondary jobs to flow into UTA.
  • Need to have some date fields be mandatory and not auto populated like on the secondary jobs.
  • Ability to import correct data into the system saving a lot of time with better accuracy
So much easier to use. Better reporting, and data flow for storage
We very rarely see performance issues within the system. Everything runs very quickly.
You don't always get the right person on the case and have to go back an forth before the get the case to the right person. They don't always have the right answer or complete answer. They will give you a answer and put the case in resolution status [then] you have to reject to ask another question and this can go on for a while before the case is finally resolved.
My UTA support person is amazing! She has prior hospitality experience which helps in understanding our needs in UTA. I don't want to move from UTA because of the great care we get from her.
