Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

There are times when you may get conflicting answers from different support personnel. It also could be a long time before you get an answer if you have to create a case.
UltiPro is being used by the entire organization as a payroll and benefits tool. UltiPro combines all payroll and benefit activity into one system.
  • User access to all payroll and benefit related information.
  • Ulitmate Time Management
  • Earning and Deduction modifications - clicking through 5 screens to make an update is tedious and clunky.
  • Online training
Sometimes it's hard to learn without having face to face interaction.
UltiPro payroll processing could be more streamlined.
