Overall Satisfaction with Upside Business Travel
Our company started using Upside Business Travel back in 2019. We travel all over the country and all of the world to help on-site with our clients. Before using Upside Business Travel, I would have to book my flights, hotels and rental cars on several different sites. Then I would have to wait for the company card to come around to finish booking my trips. After using Upside Business Travel for a few months, booking travel arrangements has been so easy. I don't have to search through several different emails to find confirmation emails, rental car info or flight information. Everything is all in one place.

Upside Business Travel is, for sure, more natural to use. Expensify is a great tool, but most of the time, it takes me a while to figure out how to import an expensive. The user interface on Upside Business Travel is a whole lot clearer and easier to use. Expensify has all these different options, and things get confusing.
The support from Upside Business Travel is absolutely amazing. Immediately after you book a flight, you get an email from your representative. You can contact them at any time and get them to help you with anything you need or answer any questions. I have used the support before to get an earlier check-in, change flights, and add a night to my stay.

A conference that I was recently at ended earlier than expected. So we wanted to see if it was possible to leave a day earlier to return home. We hopped in a chat with our account rep and asked them to finds us flights that were leaving that same day. The account rep helped us find flights and walked us through the entire process!
