Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We use UserTesting to get feedback from live consumers/users of our websites and products. We’ve used the available community and also done private groups with both non-moderated (self-guided) tests and moderated tests.

We’ve ran tests to get feedback on website redesigns and enhancements including site architecture/structure, UI/UX, content, and style/colors.

It has been immensely helpful in getting user feedback quickly and easily to drive changes.

Never used support but it won’t let me skip this question (as the instructions suggest).
The site is very ease to use to select segments, create and deploy tests, and view results. The feature to review recordings and snip to a “sizzle reel” is an excellent feature to share highlights easily with others in a powerful way and is very simple to use (even for someone without video editing experience/background).
UserTesting has been a game changer for our ability to conduct user testing. In the past, we weren’t able to conduct testing regularly because of cost and time limitations.

Now, we’re able to complete tests when wanted/desired which allows us to get real-time feedback to justify specific designs, features, and functionality and ensure that what we’re creating and delivering is actually what our customers want instead of what we THINK they want. This has been very helpful in conversations with stakeholders and/or leadership to help foster decisions driven by real voice of the customer feedback.

UserTesting allows me and my team to create and complete user tests incredibly quickly and cheaply. User testing used to be incredibly expensive and time consuming and as such wasn’t completed as often as it should have been.

With UserTesting, we can set up, deploy, and get results within ONE WEEK with no extra costs beyond what we pay for the service. It’s a true game changer to get voice of the customer feedback in near real-time and get feedback more often.
