Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

We use Veeam Backup for Office 365 to backup and protect import emails in our organisation. This also allows us to be in compliant with regulators as being a public traded company.
  • Easy to install and navigate around the dashboard for IT Admins
  • It supports multiple cloud storage vendors.
  • It works well as expected
  • Nothing can think of at the moment, the product is working as expected.
  • The return of investment for Veeam Backup for Office 365 is like an insurance policy where if an data loss occurs you will be very pleased and confident you took this insurance policy of protecting your data using Veeam
Because of current limitation with Microsoft Office 365 of the period you can retain deleted documents or emails in Office 365
It's very easy to install and manage for IT Admins.
Not at this time but i'm sure Veeam will not be a disappointment if when the times comes we need to restore our data.
Not at this time however, this functionality is certainly very useful as these type of files are commonly used in every organisations
Support for different cloud storage service provider may it be AWS, Amazon or Wasabi .
Veeam is well known and they have other products that we already use in our organisation therefore we already know what to expect and what it's capabilities.
Our Customer Success Manager called Varsha Hardowar has been very supportive and accommodating in making sure our journey with Veeam Backup for Office 365 is smooth as possible. She was very responsive to all our queries and supported us well through out.

It's good for protecting emails and data from Office 365 that are critical to an organisation, especially for compliance with auditors and regulators. You know that you always have a fall back in the event of disaster recover.
