Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

I had a major problem with Vidyard. The technology did not work on cell phones and we made many calls to Vidyard. After an embarrassing experience I had with a client (lawyer) where I showed them a Vidyard video that did not play, I had enough. I called Vidyard to let them know I was going to cancel their service and move to a competitor. The customer service has been horrible, treating me (who had a horrible experience with their company) like a criminal. They sent me to a lawyer who is an aggressive lawyer trying to sue me during this pandemic... everything about Vidyard and this whole situation is awful. I am a very small company who needed the PPP and who is now dealing with collection attorneys calling me. I have NEVER had this happen with another company. STAY FAR AWAY from these guys. They care less about small businesses. They care about revenue to their company.

This rating should be a ZERO. Yes, they are good sales people... I am so frustrated with this company and their lack of compassion for small businesses.
If Vidyard listened to anything I said from the beginning, this would never gotten to this point. I am making it my mission to make sure small businesses don't have to experience what I am going through with this company. Stay away from them! And by the way, I NEVER write negative reviews to businesses.
