We use it to authenticate users when logging into their Windows computers. Also use it to login to Watchguard VPN and Websites. It is used to provide a higher level of security and also for compliance requirements. We also resell this as a MFA solution for our customers, and we configure and manage our customers deployments of Authpoint.

Watchguard Authpoint provides central management for us and all of our customers.
We manage our customers firewall, Access point and Endpoint security from Watchguard Cloud, so having Authpoint managed in the same place provide ease of management and less training for our staff.
With so much of what we do interacting with smartphones, having the MFA managed their is just a no brainer. For the most part there is no need for training end users as it is so easy to implement and use.
Having a single MFA application and single place to go to access business related websites reduces the amount of passwords and remembering where to go to get access to the various websites.
