Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

WatchGuard Network Security solutions are very flexible appliances that helps us to solve most of our needs. Those products have a good relationship in terms of cost and features or capacities. There are solutions for small business organizations or for large companies, even in physical or virtual format. [The] way you can manage them is very flexible, because you can use an application to work with offline configurations or you can choose to user web UI or a web cloud-based management console.

I work with Ajoomal Asociados. We've worked with them since the beginning and we are very glad to collaborate with them because they help us [a lot].
The default policies are appropriate, and also you can use pre-saved configurations for a quick [deployment] of the solutions, based on our experience in other scenarios.
This provides an easy way to activate the product and get it running quickly. WatchGuard [Network Security] provides good customer care support in order to solve problems with activations or conversions of licensing.
I prefer WatchGuard [Network Security] because it offers better reporting services, best policy options, and more efficient ways to manage the policies.

Using WatchGuard Network Security

3 - All of the users of the organization are passive users of the solution, but we have 3 people that manage the solutions as administrators.
3 - 2 of them have a technical certification. The other engineer [hasn't] passed the technical certification yet.
