Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

We use WatchGuard as our firewall/router for our main office. WatchGuard helps us block out the bad, balance our network, and monitor usage. It has received regular updates which we need. It has been easy to keep up to date and pretty easy to manage. Our device is 4 years old and the newer ones are even easier to work with.

  • Was a headache to add a backup internet but support helped

I purchased them with a partner and they were pretty good. I did the implementation myself, but next time I might have someone do it for me so I can get a better understanding of all the features and ensure proper setup.
I wish I would have had someone help me set it up. I am not sure if I am properly using all the features

It worked out well for our business with 60 people. It might not work well for businesses over 200 but I am not sure.

Using WatchGuard Network Security

40 - Everyday work- lots of cloud website/software. Leisure browsing allowed as well
1 - Dedicated IT support person to manage watchguard and other applications.

It works well but moving it to more cloud management requires us to reset options- which is a huge pain.
