The best part is recording meetings that can be saved and forwarded later. The chat option is also good. You can choose who to talk to, or you can chat with the whole team. Decent video and sound quality. Easy integration with Microsoft Outlook, so we can easily create meetings from Outlook, including WebEx links. We have personal spaces where you can work with your team. It can be accessed outside the VPN network. Easily download to your phone without a company network. Notifications will let you join right during the meeting. We can also connect the phones to make calls between team members.I have had a great experience with Cisco Webex and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the best platform for their online meetings, presentations, training and webinars and I find it very useful and has great features as it fully supports conducting online meetings.
