Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Used company wide but all teams. It has been incredibly useful during the COVID pandemic with most of the company working remote.

Webex Meetings works well with people working in different places. Different buildings, across the country, even in separate offices it works well. It does not do well when everyone in small area are all joined to the meeting at the same time.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Equipment availability such as Roomkits is top of the line and beats the competition hands down. Troubleshooting and customization is also much better.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Software can easily be installed manually or pushed out by other integrations.
Support is lacking and frustrating. Takes a week minimum to make headway on a serious issue.
Integrates with many systems and does it well.
