Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings is used regularly by our organization for team meetings with both internal and external (Cisco and select resellers and partners). We do use multiple platforms depending on what partner/customer/reseller is setting up the meeting...we predominantly use Webex. Other platforms that we use include zoom, Amazon Chime and Microsoft Teams (and occasionally an org will have developed its own platform). Webex is intuitive and helps us solve the problem of working remotely and expanding our reach.
- Communication usually sounds good and I really like the sound cancelling features.
- I like the ability of muting/unmuting with the space bar.
- Functionality transfers well to mobile devices.
- Sometimes I have some challenges with bandwidth and I sound choppy through my computer microphone (MacBook Air) and have to use my headphones and turn off video.
- Has allowed us to "connect" with customers and partners in a rapid efficient and effective manner.
- Has allowed us to quickly schedule on the fly meetings as well as calendared sessions.

I prefer it to Teams and Chime, but I think it's fairly close with Zoom. Teams is clunky to me, and Chime is good and maybe a bit better in sound quality, but I think Webex and Zoom seem pretty close. I like the GUI with Webex and it's very intuitive.
