Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings to hold meetings between different departments inside our company. This approach was very handy especially when covid-19 began spreading, which made us find new ways on how to approach a disability of having a real meeting. The collaboration between employees is a must and also the ability to use different devices which Webex Meetings supports is a plus.
- The connection is stable without too much frame drops.
- The audio quality during the meetings is also very good.
- The mosaic or the structure in which each person is represented on the screen view is pleasing and also intuitive to look at.
- The screen sharing sometimes has problems.
- The meeting setup takes more time than some competitors.
- The chat can be optimized to include Markdown code, because sometimes we can share configuration or snippets of code in the GitHub style.
- The ability to communicate with your colleagues and share the work.
- It has saved time.
- Boosts productivity.

- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and now part of Microsoft Teams
Webex Meetings has some qualities that differentiate it for competitors, like the ability to use whiteboards, which comes pretty handy if you have things that you didn't prepare before the call but still want to show to the attendants. Also, the ability to use less memory and CPU is a plus compared to the competitors.
