Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings is one of the best applications from Cisco. It allows me to create polls in live meetings and also it can notify the host in live meetings. I like the ability to collaborate with [calendars] and mail in order to get real-time schedules of other people. Enables me to keep my real-time status like lunch, out of the office, away, will back soon so that others know my activities within the company.
- On boarding process is so strong and the application itself is easy to use.
- The camera on or off function works great and I find it very easy to mute and unmute myself so calls are quiet when needed.
- I like the fact that it connects easily and over different time zones and I can add as many people as I can to the meeting as possible at one time without breaking up.
- Sometimes the download doesn't work properly especially for users when they connect for the first time.
- The UI is definitely nice with noise suppression.
- I like how customer support team responds immediately once you contact them.
- Webex Meetings allows us to collaborate easily and efficiently with our customers from different parts of the world.
- The video and audio quality is always very good. High definition video quality.
- I like the ability to record sessions and later they can be used by those who were absent from the meetings.
Webex Meetings is unmatched since it provides powerful and easy-to-use features. It is highly customizable to suit your business needs. I like how it allows me to engage with employers, customers, and co-workers.
