Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used by Players and Match Officials. They claim their weekly mileage and nutrition through Webexpenses.
  • Their support team is available 24/7 and always has a solution.
  • It is a great way of keeping track of claims coming in.

  • We initially thought we could pay our claimants through Webexpenses, but we can't. We have to import the claims from Webexpenses to our finance system in order to pay them.
  • It would be great if there were a back button on certain things. A lot of the time you get thrown back to the main page and have to start all over again if you are looking into something.
  • It is a much more efficient platform compared to our previous ways of doing things.
  • It has helped manage money as we can see everything in one place.
The system is very user friendly [and] doesn't involve a lot of training. Everything is on the home screen and is very easy to get around. It has lived up to its expectations for us as a company.
I have contacted support on a few different occasions and each time I have gotten a prompt reply and my issues are resolved in minutes. The support team is very helpful, kind and efficient.
All our claims come through on Webexpenses. They go through an approval route and then land with me for payment. I then integrate the invoices from Webexpenses to our finance system and from there do the payment run. It is a very efficient and easy process. This saves a lot of time on creating invoices as it is all on Webexpenses to bring across. The approval route is also much more efficient than our prior process as approvers can approve on the go with the mobile phone app. There is no waiting around and it gets things moving an awful lot quicker.
We wanted a system that was user friendly and that we could also pay the Claimants from. Unfortunately, we were unable to pay them from the system, but we were advised of an alternative way by Webexpenses which we use today. We also have 33 different divisions on Webexpenses, so it is all broken down for us. This was important for us as we needed to be able to have different approvers and to be able to access divisions separately. This can all be done through my own login at parent level; there is no need to login and out of different divisions.
We chose Webexpenses as we felt they had everything we were looking for in a system. The support and information we got was all explained and broken down so well through demos, etc. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly will try and [fix] what you need. They are good [at] taking on suggestions for making the system better and will implement changes where needed if possible.
For us as a company it is well suited for what we use it for. We use it for Player and Match Officials expenses. This is a better way as prior to using Webexpenses, everything was done on paper. Now we have everything in one place and can view past and present claims, pull reports (there are many different reports you can pull) and basically manage what we are paying all from one system.
