Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Web expenses is used across the UK affiliate and allows all employees to expense work related purchases.
  • The app is very useful for on the go expensing.
  • The software shows you the status of each of your claims in an easy to view manner.
  • Sometimes you'll need to upload PDFs as reciepts which can only be done on the computer.
  • Has allowed me to track where the majority of my spend goes and therefore allows me to review this easily.
Recent updates including a visual view depicting the status of your claims has greatly improved the usability of the app.
I am yet to have issues with the software or app, hence the maximum rating.
Being able to expnese on the go allows me to to reduce the 'build up' or receipts i need to process and therefore adds time back to my diary.
The most important factor for me would be to ensure the time spent on processing claims is minmised, which has largely been acheived by WebExpenses.
WebExpenses is the only platform I have used.
WebExpenses is a very neat solution to providing a holistic view of all business expenses. I find it simple to follow and user friendly.
