Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used for the employees to claim back expenses such as fuel, parking tickets and meals when working either out of the area or on the job. It is used across the whole organisation, addressing and finding a solution to employees spending their own money while on the job.

  • More options on drop down menus.
  • Happy knowing that what I spent is coming back with my pay check at the end of the month.

  • Easy to understand and grasp, not daunting for a new user.
It is easy to understand due to the simple yet effective user interface. The sub sections and categories are clearly defined and highlighted, making it easier to navigate the website. I also like how you can attach receipts to individual claims but can also save them in its own area for use later.
There seems to be a lot of support, from the customer service to the company that I am using it with. I have been given easy access to the contact resources of Webexpenses, making it easy to reach you if any problems of mine arise. Also the response times are great.
I have used Webexpenses on the fly, if you will. Instead of listing all of my expenses at the end of the month, I have instead listed my expenses as I go, making it easier to track my out goings day by day and to not get confused with what’s left to track later down the line.
It’s easy to use, the user interface is easy to navigate and use. I am overall very happy with using Webexpenses and I am not dreading the painfully long listing of expenses like I did so in the past. The product features are easy to grasp.
I have previously never used a resource like Webexpenses, I used to list my expenses on a spread sheet at the end of the month so this approach is so much easier than before.

Well suited for companies with a large employment who have company vehicles, travel for work/stay away from home for work. Less suited for companies who do everything in house and have their own business cards set up to cover/ repay costs.
