Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used to process expenses claims made by staff members.
  • Fast and efficient processing.
  • Prompt advising of claim process.
  • Simplicity of use.
  • At first use, some fields for completion are not easily identified.
Because of the lack of clarity referred to in one of the earlier questions.
I have never had a reason to seek support in my use of Webexpenses.
Have scored this purely as an end user.
