Practical and Easy to use
Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I use WebPT on a daily basis during business hours. Sometimes I use it at home to finish my work. WebPT has been pretty much reliable. There are times when it will be down momentarily for updates. However, WebPT does a good job of getting us up and running quickly. I like the newly added help icon, which enables me to receive live chat customer service assistance immediately. Whenever I have an issue that I cannot navigate through the software, agents are always available to assist and guide me.

Cons
- Claim follow-up has improved, but there is always room for faster follow-up on unpaid claims
- Most of the reps do a good job at sending a task or message to the manager on claims that are months delayed; however, it would be great to get all the reps that work in this area on the same page in terms of communication.

- Our account manager provides excellent productivity reports and advice
We have over the years, been introduced to new platforms that can enhance our use of time and productivity. Recently we have added one of those services and are considering another service for the coming year.
I find the Billing exceptions and delayed claims reports very useful. I can click on each item and work on the claim in question right away.

The feature was added onto our current subscription plan.
WebPT has always provided exceptional support on multiple occasions. Some of those times it was when they send me a link with a visual step by step instructions. I like to save them to my favorites go to for future use and I also use them for training purpose. Support has gone above and beyond to call me to inquire about my concern if I don't respond to their email in a timely manner.
