Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Our therapists use WebPT for documentation, scheduling, and billing. This entails from the initial intake call, the information is loaded directly into WebPT. The next step is scheduling where the intake coordinator looks at the schedule to find an available time. The therapist then sees the evaluation on their schedule and is able to review documents all in one spot. Once complete, the therapists use the templates provided and writes the evaluation and the same platform for weekly documentation.

We are working on merging to use WebPTs insurance billing program so we don't have to outsource to Careo. This will be a big step in reducing billers workload. As I am an Speech-Langauage Pathologist, I have not worked specifically on this end of the spectrum but being able to bill efficiently is excellent.
WebPT has made it easy to track claims and keep proper documenation.
WebPT is much more user friendly from a therapist standpoint.
