Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Web PT is used all day and every day at Boomerang Therapy Works. We use it to schedule patients, and document their care at time of service. We use it to fax our plan of care to the MD, and do all evaluations, progress notes, and daily notes. It is a fabulous scheduling system that allows us to color code types of visits, meetings etc so that it is easy to read for our administrative team.

- Goal setting is concise but allows for descriptives.
- I would like more options for neurological outcome measures
- The billing software did not capture billing well for us in the PNW
- Allowed for 100% compliance on audits
- Allowed for better outcomes as the progress notes tracted and carried over all of the outcome measurements so the clinician can see what happened at the last progress note
- Better productivity as the notes are simple with a lot of point and click versus writing everything out.
At our practice we mainly used WebPT for billing and scheduling. There also are a number of reports for us to find patients who had dropped off the schedule and to look up patient lists based on physician to do follow up calls. Both of these allowed us to optimize care plans and have more completion of care plans and thus better overall outcomes.
100% the main reason I loved WebPT. The notes were always complaint with Medicare standards and allowed me not to have to spend time keeping up with all of the changes. We did well with internal and external audits. It is also very helpful that WebPT does not allow a note to be completed unless all of the necessary documentation is completed.

Yes - Works very well, we had a satelite facility and were able to have everyone up and using the system at both our locations. This was important as some people are seen in both locations and thus it is imperative for everyone to be able to see one live schedule.
