Overall Satisfaction with Workato

In our organization, Workato allows our product support team to communicate directly with our product development teams while allowing each side of that equation to use the software solution that best meets their needs. Workato ensures that our users aren't required to use multiple systems or enter their data twice and are always up to date, minimizing the time and effort required to solve often complex customer support issues.

  • Changes can be made in production during business hours without impacting your users.

  • Improved support for Dynamics CRM data types like option sets.
  • Larger online library of self serve resources, specifically around debugging new recipes.
  • Allowed us to migrate our support team to using Dynamics CRM full time to be in line with our sales and service teams and prevented them from needing to manage two different systems simultaneously.
We ended up choosing Workato because of how easy it was to get started and because it did everything we needed it to do. It was one of the first products we trialed specifically for this use case even though we had used other products in the past. The trial was enough time to get us up and running and gave us something we could use in production. The learning curve was a short one and the UI was intuitive.
Well suited for: Real time (or near real time) monitoring of new or updated records to trigger an action in a connected app.
