Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront has been used within our professional services organization to support training and consulting project delivery. We have managed the order to cash portions of the business within Workfront. The primary problems it has helped with are project and time tracking, system of record for project delivery activities and to prepare and record revenue recognition/Invoicing for services performed.

Workfront was much more user-friendly, scalable and useful than Microsoft Project. We subsequently replaced a custom tool that had been created in-house. FinancialForce had a better integration with our CRM tool and was better at resourcing, scheduling, and forecasting.
Overall we were pleased with the professional services we received from workfront. Most of our experiences were with subcontracted services, which was fine for our needs. We didn't use the professional services as much as originally anticipated but what we used went fine.
