Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for our workflow/communications between our sales and promotions department. Once our sales team sells a promotion or on-air contest, we use wrike to notify all departments about the specific needs to fully execute the program. We also use wrike to communicate with our interns/promotional staff on on-site client activations.
Pros
- Cuts down on the need for multiple emails
- Prioritizes tasks for each member of our staff
- Catalogs all activity from current and past promotional events allowing for simple client recaps
Cons
- I get a bit lost on the best way to edit an existing wrike request
- Wrike has allowed me to earn the continued trust of my clients by keeping my timeline on point throughout a promotional execution. With client attrition, on average, being 40% every year, wrike helps reduce that number by keeping everyone on our staff focused on the client needs
Wrike is the best product to hold everyone accountable throughout the process. Outlook/Email lent to more excuses and fingerpointing from our staff.
