Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike as a PM software. It replaced our in house built application. I am an admin user who uses and supports other users. I was not involved with the business decision on how Wrike addressed our business problems.
Pros
- Their support team is very responsive/helpful
- The product is easy to use/navigate
- Have an extensive knowledge base/community for questions
Cons
- Having a better out office setup for users who are on vacation/OOO
- Being able to use more custom fields for anaylze reports
- Having the ability to show a custom field in a description and in the custom field for forms
- Being able to copy a page created in forms vs having to create a new page with the same info as the prior page
- Having an option with forms to make be able to loop - be more dynamic
- ROI has not been shared down to my level
- I feel it has done a good job as being a PM software for our uers.

Yes - Yes, they did a good job to listen to my issue and get it resolved.
When we first got Wrike, I experienced a dashboard issue with tasks not loading. They walked me thru some ways to see if the dashboard could load. Had me check to see if other dashboards were loading. Come to find out, I didn't have this dashboard set up correctly. They were very helpful and supportive in the process of ensuring I got my dashboard working and functioning as I wanted it.
