Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We used Wrike to create tasks for developers and design, resourcing for various projects as well as creating timelines. We got rid of Wrike for the following issues: It is not intuitive at all. It takes quite a while to figure out how you need to navigate. You have to perform several clicks to do you what you want. Making timelines was a disaster. Having to adjust timing for weekends was a total pain and took way too much time. Too many steps to create tasks. You need to make things simple. Mobile view is awful. Mobile is an important feature. Mobile is sloppy and is something I totally avoided. Resourcing was always a mess. Constantly having to refresh, and people being locked from the boards was obnoxious. There are no good features for Accounts team to use. Lastly, whenever we had an issue, customer support was not helpful whatsoever.
Pros
- Free version
- Connection to some apps
Cons
- Fix the UI. Too many steps and too confusing. Needs to be simple!
- Changing tasks is a disaster. Make it simple!
- Task priority is a disaster.
- I would never just pass this tool off. You need to really learn it before you attempt to give to someone else.
- Super expensive.
- monday.com and ClickUp
Wrike does not stack up against Monday or ClickUp. That is why we left Wrike. Navigation in Monday and ClickUp is fast and easy. Creating tasks is a breeze and very easy to follow. Resourcing is easy. Creating different forms within each is simple and very useful. Integration into Slack is really nice. Creating project lists is quick.

Wrike Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
None | Slow Resolution Poor followup Less knowledgeable Problems left unsolved Not kept informed Difficult to get immediate help Need to explain problems multiple times Support doesn't seem to care Slow Initial Response |
Yes - No it was not. Took over a week to respond to our team, and when they did respond, had absolutely zero resolution. They run through a script of the same nonsense.
