Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I mainly use Wrike to track my tasks across my team. As we are a company that has a lot of virtual teammates we have to make sure to keep everything documented as there are a lot of orders/tasks that have to be tracked. Also something we find really useful is the request form that is redirected to the correct area of the company for a fast response.

- There is an extreme need for automation such as the one that has other companies like monday.com
- Tracking of completed tasks
- Ease of changing task info in the board view without clicking on the task
- The big one for us is order tracking. As it ensures us to keep every international order tracked which keeps us on track 99% of the time
- Notification system that allows to always stay on top of things
- Planning that allows us to allocate correctly our budget
- monday.com, Notion and Asana
I think the ease of use and cross collaboration is really useful here against other platforms. Also one of the biggest differences is actually really helpful how the app stores files and images which makes them useful to look for previous images (especially when you upload a lot of back and forth changes.)
