  • Though reporting can be improved, we are using some reports for management reporting which is valuable.
Having quotas and attainment for prior years is a good trend available in one spot. Transactional visibility by prod code has helped us change our commission methodology on low-margin products.
We have used it for quota setting and comp analysis by product family; it provided us with some good insights.
Fully integrated with SF has provided us with real-time data works great.
CEA is using our Incent data. Not fully functional or beneficial but hopefully we can get it working better in the near future.
I think I would go with 9 or 10. The calculation engine and logic works great. Reporting definitely has room for improvement.
