Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Whole Sales Org uses Xactly to manage variable compensation. We upload comp plans at the beginning of FY and then track achievement and commissions payment on regular basis.
  • Monitor achievement on multiple metrics.
  • Consolidated team view.
  • Some basic dashboards to share with your team.
  • Inconsistent updates. Sometimes numbers are different over multiple refresh of the same page in the same time frame.
  • Dashboard feature not enough customizable.
  • Navigation through pages too slow.
  • Looking for specific transaction/record is not straightforward.
  • Xactly is reliable and motivate teams to achieve and over-achieve.
  • Some inconsistency in numbers (refresh issue) generates some questions from users (Why two users see different numbers with two ISO requests in the same 5 mins timeframe).
Xactly is used only for commissions management.
SSO but no tight integration.
Xactly is a good source of truth for commissions management. It gives confidence to users that their payments are accurate.

To present data coming from Xactly, you need to extract (export raw or screen capture) and import into a more suitable tool.
