Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly has been a fantastic commission system, with its flexible nature and clear dashboard and reporting. It is the backbone of our commissions and incentive system for both management and for users.

- Estimating commissions.
- Clear reports and statements.
- Improved mobile functionality.
- Paying commissions accurately and timely is a fundamental need of any business.
We are leveraging metrics outside of Xactly, and in the future I want to leverage benchmarking within.
I'm thinking about using that but we are not today.
Clear estimating of commissions and calculation.
Central source of truth for Comp, history, and commissions payouts.
Xactly was the only enterprise-class tool that offered flexibility as well as out-of-the-box capabilities to suit our needs.
