Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We use Xactly as the source of truth for Sales compensation. We track our quota attainment and respective payouts against targets through Xactly.
- Shows Quarterly and Annual Attainment
- Source of truth for quota at large orginzation
- Xactly is often doing product updates with downtime
- Difficult to drill into specifics and understand sales 'pay curve'
- Quick way to audit sales progress/attainment and not have to go to Sales Strategy or Compensation teams.
This is not applicable to my role.
For sales planning, territory/quota, and sales forecasting most if not all of that has lived outside of Xactly. Xactly should focus on integrations into CRM platforms so teams utilize these tools.
I believe the data is used for Sales Operations for full year planning exercises.
Xactly is a more robust Gsheet that brings in all relevant deals from our CRM to better audit attainment.
