Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
It helps us to record and view our commissions gains at the present month and pasts months. We can track per month our performance. It is a easy to use platform that is connected to salesforce. It saves time. It helps me to motivate my self through the month. Great tool to monitor performance. Will continue to use it!

I use it to self analyze my performance through past and present months. I share it with my manager. Also it is a fast way to access the accounts that help my to achieve quota. I can compare my performance and compensation with my peers. Something that motivates me. Great software which I will share with others.
